Nutrition month: changing your eating habits

March is nutrition month and there’s no better time to take stock of our health and make changes to improve our lifestyle than now.
Half of Canadians over the age of 20 live with a chronic disease like diabetes or heart disease.
Four out of five Canadians are at risk of ending up with one those diseases, with diet and lifestyle being major factors.
The group Dietitians of Canada is determined to see a reduction in these numbers and one local dietitian is part of the movement to help Montrealers do just that.
Dietitian Alessandra Barba wants to help change poor eating habits, one meal at a time.
