Ingredients
-½ medium cucumber, chopped
-1 cup chopped kale, spines removed
-¾ cup cooked split red lentils
-1 apple, cored and chopped
-1 medium banana, fresh or frozen
-½ cup cold water
-¾ cup crushed ice
-½ cup plain, vanilla or coconut Greek yogurt
-3 tbsp honey
-3 tbsp lemon juice
