Winnipeg police asking for public’s help finding 20-year-old man

WINNIPEG — Police are asking the public for help finding 20-year-old Frank Louie Toews who hasn’t been heard from since Thursday.

Toews is described as 5’8″ tall with a slim build, dirty blonde hair, partial beard and brown eyes. He could be wearing a red or black baseball cap, a long, black trench coat with a black shirt and black pants. He is known to frequent the downtown area.

Police are concerned for Toews’ well-being and are asking anyone with information to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 1-204-986-6250.
