First-degree murder charge laid after man dies in Brampton, Ont.

TORONTO — A man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 51-year-old in Brampton, Ont.

Peel Regional Police say Sebastiano Sinisi was found unconscious with obvious signs of trauma outside an industrial building the evening of Jan. 21 in the area of Woodslea Road.

He was rushed to hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Arrested Friday and charged is 53-year-old Doru Robas, of Markham, Ont.

He’s due in court Saturday.
