Calgary police are asking the public to help identify a suspect after a southwest construction site was broken into on Jan. 14. Police said more than $11,000 worth of tools were taken from the site.
They said at about 4:20 a.m., a break in was reported at 7615 17 Avenue S.W. Locks on several trailers had been cut so the thief could enter, police said.
The suspect is described as a white man wearing a black hoodie, black toque, and gloves. He also appears to have a large tattoo on his neck of a spider web.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Calgary Police Service non-emergency line at 403-266-1234, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
