Coast Guard say they have recovered one person after a vessel overturned northeast of Kits Beach this evening.
It happened just after 8 p.m., just north of the off-leash dog park at Hadden Park, near the Vancouver Maritime Museum.

Two people were in the dingy, and while one person was able to swim to shore, the other needed to be recovered. Their condition is unknown.
The Vancouver Fire Department and Vancouver Police were also on scene searching for the person.
