WINNIPEG — A man is in critical condition after crashing into numerous vehicles on McPhillips Street early Tuesday morning.
The collision happened around 5:40 a.m. in the city’s North West area near Mountain Avenue.
Emergency crews are on scene and have blocked east bound Mountain Avenue in the area. McPhillips Street was closed off in both directions, but reopened just after 8 a.m.
