KELOWNA — A frightening experience for 65 people on board a plane that had to land at Kelowna International Airport Saturday afternoon, with only one engine.
Emergency crews from Kelowna and Ellison were called to back up airport crews shortly after 3 p.m.

The plane that departed from Kamloops and was destined for Calgary had to make an emergency landing in Kelowna.
Fire trucks were at the ready as they waited for the Air Canada Dash-8 to arrive.
The plane touched down safely and there were no injuries.
