Police have arrested two men in connection to a series of harassment and voyeurism incidents in east-end Toronto.
As part of an investigation nicknamed Project Broadlight, police allege both men engaged in “stalking and voyeuristic” activities in the Gerrard Street East and Broadview Avenue area.
It is alleged 31-year-old Michael Ogini committed these acts beginning in 2014.
He has been charged with three counts of criminal harassment, three counts of mischief and one count of voyeurism.
Police alleged 50-year-old Khalil Rashid entered onto several properties and observed residents while in their homes.
The accused may have also used a recording device while observing the residents, police said.
Rashid has been charged with two counts of criminal harassment, three counts of mischief, voyeurism and six counts of fail to comply with probation.
Police believe there may be more victims and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
Both men appeared in court on Wednesday.
