WINNIPEG — A downtown crash early Wednesday afternoon has left one vehicle on its side. It happened at the intersection of Portage Avenue and Fort Street.
All eastbound lanes of Portage Avenue are currently blocked. Multiple emergency vehicles rushed to the area. Reports from the scene indicated the driver of the overturned car was extricated from the vehicle and is receiving care. No reports of serious injuries.
