KELOWNA–Kelowna’s Waterfront Park is lit up for the Holiday Season for “Lights of Christmas Paws.”

Dancers move along paths lit up with thousands of lights and decorations.

Brad Pattison, a Kelowna resident who helped set up the display, says it takes about an hour to get through the entire display.

Proceeds go towards local charities and will help victims of this summer’s wildfires.

“We all know 30 families ended up losing their homes during the Rock Creek fires this past summer, and this is about raising money to help those families,” says Pattison.

Funds will also be given to other local groups, including the YMCA of Okanagan and the Salvation Army.
