UPDATE: Langley RCMP say the person in question has been identified.

RCMP in Langley, B.C. are looking for a woman after a kitten theft at the local Value Village.

Corp. Holly Largy says on October 24, a woman with three kittens in a kennel was shopping at the second-hand store.

The woman put the kennel down as she walked around the aisles. When she returned, one of the kittens was missing.

Witnesses says they spotted a young woman strolling through the store and carrying a cat shortly after.

She left, but was spotted with the kitten on a nearby bus that has a surveillance camera.
