WINNIPEG — A new book by a Winnipeg author is looking to change the way we see health and fitness.
The book is titled “Throw Your Scale Away- reclaiming the true meaning of health & fitness.”
Personal trainer and new author, Katheryn McKenzie’s book is available now.
It encourages people to find other ways to measure fitness other than strictly body weight.
