TORONTO — York Regional Police have arrested two people in connection to a series of residential break-and-enters across the Greater Toronto Area and are still seeking one outstanding suspect.
Police said the investigation called Project Navigator started on Sept. 21 following a break-and-enter at a home in Richmond Hill.
It is alleged the suspects fled in a Lincoln Navigator and authorities later discovered they were involved in six other break-and-enters in Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga and Hamilton.
A search warrant was executed at a home in Toronto on Nov. 10 and Wendall Antoine, 33, of Brampton was arrested with a number of stolen items seized.
An arrest warrant was also issued for Lance Herman and Jermaine Lyttleton on Nov. 11.
Herman turned himself in the following day but Lyttleton is still at large.
Both of those arrested face charges of break-and-enter and possession of stolen property.
Police said they are hoping to return as much of the stolen property as possible and are asking the public to review photos of the items on a website here.
