Injured man found in Lethbridge park not a criminal matter: police

LETHBRIDGE- Lethbridge police said Wednesday an injured man found in a northside park last week is a non-criminal matter.

On the morning of Oct. 28, police responded to a report of an injured man in the 200 block of Kodiak Boulevard North.

The 65-year-old man was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released.

Police continue to investigate, but have been able to piece together some of the man’s movements in the hours before being found. He doesn’t recall how he got hurt, but there is evidence to suggest his injuries may have been sustained as a result of an accidental fall.
