TORONTO – A 13-year-old is in hospital after a stabbing in north Toronto Monday, according to police.
Toronto police responded to a call of an altercation near Lawrence Avenue East and Midland Avenue at 12:23 p.m. and found the teen with a single stab wound.

A police spokesperson said the teen may have been stabbed while inside nearby Bendale Business and Technical Institute, but was found outside.
The teen sustained a single stab wound, although the severity of the injury is not yet known.
