HALIFAX – Police are investigating after a Molotov cocktail was thrown at a home in the Halifax suburb of Lakeside on Thursday night.

RCMP say two people were in the house and no one was injured.

Police say a small fire at the house on Nicholson Drive put itself out.

RCMP say they do not believe this is a random act and there is no danger to the public.
