Montreal police arrest 2 suspects in homicide

MONTREAL – Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with Montreal’s 22nd homicide of the year after a 48-year-old man was stabbed in a downtown park on Sunday and later died in hospital.

Paul Evans Gordon Gray, 36, was charged with first-degree murder and armed aggression.

Tamara Chandler, 35, faces a charge of accessory after the fact.

Police have said they believe the attack stemmed from a drug-related conflict.
