A high school student from Louisville, Kentucky was caught on camera punching her teacher twice in the face after a heated argument.
Students at Ballard High School recorded a verbal argument between a student and her teacher – both who are unidentified – after the female student asked the teacher a question.
According to Wave 3 News, classmates said the student was polite when speaking to her instructor but then the teacher began writing a discipline referral note for the teenager to be given to the principal.
That’s when an argument occurred between the two and the student can be seen in the video punching the teacher two times in the face.
Classmates said to Wave 3 News that only the ending of the altercation was recorded, which was later posted on the popular video messaging app Snapchat.
Security was called to the classroom and the female student was removed but not arrested.
The investigation is ongoing.
