Keystone Agricultural Producers President Dan Mazier says the Selkirk, Gladstone and Interlake areas were hit the hardest by rain and hail.
Manitoba Public Insurance says so far more than 300 hail claims have been filed.
Mazier says the storms will affect the quality of the crops.
He says despite the storms farmers will likely see fairly average crop yields this summer.
The storms also dumped more than 50 mm of rain on Winnipeg, knocking out power in some areas and causing some sewers to back up.
