Peachland under water quality advisory

PEACHLAND–The District of Peachland is still under a water quality advisory.

The district issued the advisory after finding irregular data during a routine weekly water sampling.

Interior Health says that while the risk to health is minimal, they are recommending children, the elderly, and people with compromised immune systems drink boiled water of a safe alternative. 

This includes water used for brushing teeth, washing fruits and vegetables, or making ice.
