After being removed from the premises by bar staff, police say all four men then got into a brief conversation when one of them pulled out a gun and fired — hitting one of the men.

The shooter and his friend then left the area to a nearby parking lot and fled in a dark coloured vehicle.

The shooter is described as mixed race, 26 to 27 years of age, approximately 250-260 lbs., with short hair. He was wearing a white shirt with a checkered pattern on the left shoulder, and khaki shorts.
