As the girl was trying to leave, the man kissed her hand and asked her a number of inappropriate questions before proceeding to make motions for her to let him look down her shirt.

Police say the child attempted to leave but was blocked by the man two times before she was finally able to ride her bike home.

The suspect is described as a man in his 50s or 60s, about 5’1” with graying brown hair and a heavy build. He was wearing a white shirt with a black suit and eyeglasses, and appeared disheveled.
