WINNIPEG — A woman killed in a crash at the intersection of Arlington Street and William Avenue has now been identified by police after asking for the public’s help.
Police responded to the intersection on Thursday after reports of a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian around 6:30 p.m. The female victim was taken to hospital in critical condition and later died.
Winnipeg police asked for the public’s help in identifying the victim on Friday.

In a news release from the Winnipeg Police Service Monday morning they have identified the person but will not be releasing the victim’s name.
