Court heard Marcotte’s blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when his sport-utility vehicle rolled and landed upside down in April of last year, killing Presli Dufour.
Neither the driver nor the 18-year-old victim was wearing their seatbelt.
Marcotte told court he accepts responsibility for the crash.
He faces a three-year driving ban upon release.
