A pedestrian has been killed after being hit by a train in Leduc Monday afternoon.
RCMP and emergency crews were called to the area behind the Protective Services Building in Leduc around 3:30 p.m.

Police say the man was walking south on the tracks with headphones on when he was hit by a southbound train. His name and age have not been determined.
RCMP blocked 50th Avenue and Black Gold Drive at 46 and 47th street to investigate.
