TORONTO – The official start of the Pan Am Games is just three days away and already there’s been a security breach.

A portion of a perimeter fence was found leaning up against a wall at Exhibition Place.

The area is now home to Pan Am Park where about half of Toronto’s sporting events will be hosted.

Police believe people had been using the area as a short-cut since the weekend and don’t consider the breach to be criminal in nature.
