TORONTO – The annual Becel Heart & Stroke Ride for Heart charity event will close down the Don Valley Parkway and Gardiner Expressway on Sunday.

Both major roadways will be off-limits to traffic from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. to accommodate an estimated 14,000 cyclists.

The event raised more than $6 million in 2014 for heart disease and stroke research.
