Alberta Election 2015: NDP’S Karen McPherson wins Calgary-MacKay-Nose Hill

NDP candidate Karen McPherson has won the seat in Calgary-MacKay-Nose Hill.

Considered a conservative stronghold, the riding includes the communities of Huntington Hills, Beddington Heights, Sandstone, MacEwan and Evanston.

Tory Neil Brown was first elected in the riding in 2004.
