Quebec man killed while crossing Similkameen highway

KEREMEOS – A visitor from Quebec has been identified as the man killed when struck by a pickup truck.

Samuel Houle, 20, was hit late on the evening of April 17th while walking across Highway 3 near Keremeos.

The Coroners Service reports Houle had recently arrived in the area for summer employment.

The coroner and RCMP continue to investigate.
