A Kelowna man at the centre of a nasty landlord-tenant dispute we told you about last week is back in the news. Landlords, Terry and Julie Donnelly, went public after realizing their tenant was Brian Kuhn, a businessman with a shady past including doing prison time in the Cayman Islands for securities theft.

Our news story prompted businessman, Barry Olsvik to come forward with his dealings with Brian Kuhn. He says Kuhn owes him thousands of dollars after a business deal fell through and Kuhn is refusing to pay up.
