The Johns Creek Police Department informed Kelly that a bulletproof vest for a police dog costs thousands of dollars.

Kelly and his team made the best out of an endearing relationship between him and his K-9 pooch pal, Kyra.

“Lots of people, and my mommy, raised a lot of money,” said Kelly. In the end, they raised a total of $2,400.
