Thieves make off with Kelowna F350 trucks

Crime Stoppers is looking for tips about this stolen F350.

Thieves in Kelowna appeared to be targeting F350 trucks over the weekend. Crime Stoppers says two vehicles were stolen and attempts to steal two additional trucks were foiled by the vehicles’ owners.

It started last Friday when a black F350 was taken from Falkirk Road and later found burned in Coldstream missing its tires and rims.

Then there were two attempted thefts one on Saturday and the other just after midnight Sunday. In both cases the owners prevented their vehicles from being stolen. Crime Stoppers says the same people were seen fleeing both attempted thefts. On the first occasion they are described as having fled to a small pick-up truck while the second truck’s owner saw them leave in a blue Ford Ranger.

Finally, a white F350 was taken from Portview Court and is still missing. The vehicle has an after-market exhaust system, stereo, rims and wheels. It also has a two way radio.
