OSLER, Sask. – Mounties have few leads to go on after an armed robbery in Saskatchewan Wednesday evening. Warman RCMP say an Osler business was robbed just around 8 p.m. as it was closing.
Police say a masked man entered the retail store on 1st Street, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money. He then fled on foot with an unknown amount of cash and some cigarettes.
No shots were fired and no one was injured. A search of the area failed to turn up the suspect.
The only description police have is that the man is six-feet tall with broad shoulders. He was wearing a greyish green one-piece snowmobile suit and a white ski mask with some red colouring. The ski mask had only eye openings.
