MONTREAL – A Friday night fire has claimed the life of two young boys in Drummondville.
At around 6:30 p.m., the brothers, aged four and seven, were caught in a blaze on the second floor of a four-unit apartment building.

The boys’ mother, a woman in her thirties, and a newborn baby are fighting for their lives in a Quebec City hospital.
The father, who was not home at the time, was treated for shock.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
