Critics say the Federal Building, soon to be home to 600 politicians and bureaucrats, has been a boondoggle, given that it is years overdue and $100 million over budget.

The building made headlines last year when it was learned former premier Alison Redford’s office was secretly building a pricey retreat for her on the roof.
