Watch: Raw video: Montreal police investigate armed assault in Verdun
MONTREAL — Police are investigating after a man in his forties was injured following an armed assault in Verdun on Thursday night.
The incident took place at around 10:30 p.m. ET, near the corner of Claude and De l’Eglise Streets.
After apparently being shot in his upper body, the wounded man made his way on his own to the Verdun Hospital. His injuries were minor and he has already been released.
