WATCH: Failed demolition in Ukraine left building leaning for a day

It appears the third time’s the charm for a building being demolished in Sevastopol, Ukraine.

A building in the disputed Crimean Peninsula city of Sevastopol was brought after two previous failed demolition attempts on Dec. 26 that left the structure leaning at a 70 degree angle.

The first failed attempt was recorded and posted to YouTube by members of the public.

According to The Moscow Times, a second detonation failed on the same day leading authorities to evacuate the area. The 16 storey building was finally brought down on the following day.

The demolition of the building was ordered after it determined to have been constructed illegally, The Moscow Times reports.
