“There was a fellow on the ground with about three or four employees around him holding him down there,” says the witness. “An elderly lady was standing up against the side of the building. Staff ran inside to get her a chair so she could sit down until medical help could come.”

The witness says contents of the woman’s purse could be seen strewn up the sidewalk past her. Details have yet to be confirmed by police. More to come.
