5 injured after TTC bus crashes in Scarborough

WATCH: Five people, including the driver, were treated for minor facial injuries Monday morning after the Highland Creek TTC bus slid off the road near U of T’s Scarborough Campus.

TORONTO – A TTC bus crash resulted in five injuries in Scarborough Monday morning.

The incident happened around 8 a.m. at the intersection of Military Trail and Ellesmere Road near the University of Toronto Scarborough campus.

Police say the bus slid into a tree and five people on board suffered minor facial injuries, including the driver.

The area has been closed off to traffic for the investigation.
