DRP coming to Lethbridge

Residents still dealing with the financial fallout of the 2014 flood are being offered support next week.

Officials with the provincial Disaster Recovery Program will be in the Culver City Room at Lethbridge City Hall from November 17th to November 19th.

The program offers financial assistance for uninsurable property damage loss and other expenses incurred as a result of the June 2014 flood.

Officials will be on-hand between 11a.m. and 7 p.m. each day to assist residents from the City of Lethbridge and Lethbridge County with their applications.

Applicants are asked to bring a letter from their insurance company stating the damage is not covered, a list of all damaged items and receipts and photos or videos of the damage and repairs.
