Caesar Rosales died on a transit bus in Kelowna, B.C., last Thursday night and days later police announced they had charged 24-year-old Tyler Newton with second-degree murder.

Burton says there has been an appetite in the larger centres to have the camera equipment, and BC Transit will be looking for a vender for the camera service by the end of this year.
