In total, 300 homes will be built in three phases. The entire area should be complete by 2018.

The company is confident the project will be successful given the growth Saskatoon’s southeast side and the number of acreages around the Blackstrap area.

DDD+ says 12 lots have already pre-sold to three different home builders.

Once all the new homes are purchased, the population of Dundurn would more than double from 700 to about 1,500 people.
