Tory, Chow attend Ontario Home Builders’ Association debate

TORONTO – Mayoral candidates Olivia Chow and John Tory discussed building and development industry issues during a debate Friday morning.

The event was hosted by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association which took place at the Westin Prince Hotel.

Mayor Rob Ford was absent from the debate as he remains in hospital to treat his medical condition.

Ford is scheduled to undergo an MRI today for abdominal pains he has been experiencing for the past three months.

He was admitted to hospital Wednesday where doctors discovered a tumour.

He is currently under the care of physicians at Mt. Sinai Hospital.
