Barricades cause huge delays on westbound Bishop Grandin

WINNIPEG – Barricades are causing delays on Bishop Grandin Boulevard in south Winnipeg on Wednesday morning.

There are “huge delays” with traffic backed up from Waverley Street to River Road, Global Winnipeg traffic reporter Justine Routhier said.
