THORBURN, N.S. – Two men were taken to hospital with serious injuries Sunday after their all-terrain vehicle collided with a pickup truck in Thorburn, N.S.
A four-year-old child who was in the truck sustained minor injuries.

Police say neither man was wearing a helmet when their ATV sped into an intersection and failed to negotiate a turn.
One of the men was airlifted to hospital in Halifax.
Police say two adults who were also in the truck were not hurt.
