Two Delta men face child luring charges

WATCH ABOVE: Two men from Delta are accused of child luring. Jennifer Palma has details.

Two Delta men have been charged following a child luring investigation and Surrey RCMP are appealing to the public for other potential victims.

RCMP say John Wells, 24, was arrested and charged on Wednesday on five counts of luring a child and one count of invitation to sexual touching.

Kelly Pearson, who is also 24, was arrested and charged with three counts of invitation to sexual touching, one count of sexual interference, and one count of possession of child pornography.

Police believe the offences happened over the internet and at a paintball field in Surrey, where the two men played in a league.

Both men have been released on strict conditions that include no contact with their victims or anyone 16 years old and younger; and no access to the internet.
