On Thursday, police said they were searching for two males after a mom reported they had exposed themselves in front of her three children at a park in Charleswood off Varsity View Drive.
Police later arrested the men and learned they were high and intoxicated, and were attempting to hide their drugs. When they went to leave the park, one of the men’s pants fell down.
