RCMP investigate suspicious Mt. Boucherie fire

WEST KELOWNA — RCMP are now investigating a small fire that started on West Kelowna’s Mount Boucherie Tuesday night. Crews responded at around 10:30 p.m. to contain the 0.42 hectare fire and worked throughout the night until it was extinguished.

After investigating, police and fire crews say the fire is suspicious but the cause is still unknown.

Crews are continuing to monitor the area for hot spots and potential flare ups.
