Man, woman hospitalized in Saint John after shots fired: police

SAINT JOHN – New Brunswick police say shots were fired and a man sustained serious injuries late Wednesday in a domestic dispute in eastside Saint John.

Sgt. Dwayne Hussey says a woman with non life-threatening injuries was also hospitalized in the incident.

He says police responded to the incident at the Morland trailer park on Crane Court in the city at about 8:30 p.m.

Hussey says investigators confirmed shots were fired.

He says the man and the woman were taken to hospital on Wednesday night and the man remained in hospital on Thursday morning.
